Each SaberFit® class lasts one hour, and it incorporates saber striking techniques with cardio, plyometrics, core and abdominal exercises.

ABOUT THE GALAXY'S MOST EXCITING FITNESS WORKOUT
At SaberFit®, we believe in empowering lives through sports and fitness. We aspire to inspire healthy living, happiness and enjoyment.
The inspiration for SaberFit® came when co-founders Ryan Ho and Natasha Toh were playfully dueling each other with lighted combat sabers and practicing saber spinning tricks. They realized they could combine saber striking techniques with fitness exercises to create a kick-ass workout that is fun, engaging and suitable for all.
Ryan is a certified ACE Personal Trainer and Natasha is a certified ACE Group Fitness Instructor. Both of them were also former competitive sports athletes.

If you are looking to book a SaberFit® class that is less than 3 days away, there is no need to worry. We will do our best to help you with your booking. We will advise you if it is feasible and whether there are slots available. Call us at +65 6016 7147 or email us at hello@funempire.com.
A SaberFit® class usually takes about 1 hour with mini breaks in between for work and active rest. Since it is a full-body workout, you will be able to burn up to 600+ calories per hour. The class will help you improve your stamina and coordination. You will be equipped with a full-body toning experience.
Our most recommended place to hold a SaberFit® Singapore class is at FunEmpire HQ (MacPherson). The venue is air-conditioned and allows your SaberFit® class to be more enjoyable. However, you can still choose to hold your class at other locations like The Cage @ Kallang, the Futsal Arena @ Yishun or Charis Turf @ Eunos.
If the above-mentioned places do not suit you, you can also hold the Saber Fit® class at your preferred venue. All you have to do is let us know where and our team will check to see if it is feasible and suitable. We do this to ensure the safety and suitability of the venue. We recommend an indoor location so that the game can still carry on during wet weather. Feel free to check with our friendly SaberFit® team to ensure whether your location is suitable.
SaberFit® is definitely safe! We have professionally trained instructors, American Council on Exercise (ACE) and Standard First Aid certified. Our SaberFit® fitness instructors are also able to accommodate to the fitness level of the participants. Since it is great for all body types, each participant will be able to benefit from each exercise at their own pace.
There are currently no public classes available. However, you can engage us for corporate and private classes. SaberFit® can be held for your corporate team building activity. Bring fitness to your workplace today.
